Our 95mm insulated foam filled lath (WM95™) helps reduce the heat loss issue asscoiated with traditional single skin roller shutter doors. Our energy saving product is manufactured from a single strip of material, with a full polyurethane central core offering outstanding thermal and acoustic properties.
Superior to other insulated lath options, this fine-pored PU rigid foam infill bonds to the internal face of the section offering superb strength and rigidity. With its lightweight curved design our profile offers a very compact wrap, reducing deflection and allowing for a smaller barrel and potentially, drive unit. WM95™ is perfect for industrial applications such as warehousing, distribution centres/loading bays, agricultural buildings, but also domestic use, typically for roller garage doors.
Our 95mm lath is available in a wide range of P200 LG Plastisol colours to match the look of any building or branding, or alternativly we offer a hot dip galvanised steel version which is suitable for powder coating non standard colours.
This system has a range of ancillery options including an aluminium extruded top lath barrel connector and bottom rail with rubber weather seal, along with glass filled heat resistant nylon endlocks ideal for powder coating. Accompaning this lath is also our self locking guide and brush system ensuring quiet operation.
